The UK Government has published a draft bill for the reform of the State pension system. The Work & Pensions Committee has invited submissions on the subject. Our submission has been accepted, and will be included in the Committee's considerations.

They have given permission for our submission to be published. You can read it at Pension-bill-2013.htm

Pay particular attention to the APPENDIX, which is a copy of the clause entrenching pension freezing.
